Job Title: Field Service Engineer - GC/ LC
Location: 沈阳

External Job Description :

- Responsible for on-site installation, maintenance and repair of Agilent’s instrument which may include hardware, software and applications. Install and optimize hardware/software and configurations at customer sites. - Diagnose and resolve product performance problems. - Perform maintenance and repair services. - Ensure customer satisfaction by advising customers on routine and preventive maintenance, which may impact product performance or life. - Deliver hardware and software operation training for customer. - Serve as an internal resource on technical issues.

External Qualifications :

- Master Degree in Chemistry or equivalent. - CET-6 - No prior experience is required. Preference will be given to those who have research/ analysis experience with GC/ LC
