会议出版
本次会议将交由同行评审。被会议录用的论文将全部发表在Elsevier在线出版的期刊 "Procedia Engineering"上，该期刊中所有的文章都将被Science Direct以及Scopus两大数据平台收录，同时所有的论文都将递交EI申请检索。
All submissions are peer-reviewed. The accepted papers will be published (online) in "Procedia Engineering" by Elsevier. Procedia Engineering is on Elsevier content platformScienceDirect, and will also be indexed by Scopus. All papers in Procedia Engineering will be submitted for EI Indexing.The conference information is now available on Shenyang Normal University websites

1.所有提交的论文必须在GBOD 2012的主题范围之内。
2.论文必须是原创，且从未在其他地方发表。
3.不允许在审核期内发表在其他地区。
4.本次会议只接收英文论文，请将论文长度控制在3页-8页以内。
