Discription
Mission Provide dedicated 1st line support to Ericsson Employees and Suppliers in terms of Finance and Sourcing processes. This requires receiving and registering inquiries, solving them with professional knowledge and skills, or identifying and referring to the relevant 2nd line teams. The result is resolved inquiries, higher productivity and efficiency of F&S processes.
Supported Regions 1.RCNA: Greater China (including HK&TW), South Korea and Japan 2.RASO: Australia and New Zealand, Southeast Asia countries Supporting Processes & Tools
Finance: 1.Travel & Expense (CONCUR/ TMS) 2.Finance & Sourcing SAP Roles (MUS/CBS/EBW) 3.Cost Center Accounting (EBW/MUS)
Sourcing: 1.Purchasing (Ericsson Buyer) 2.Invoice-to-Payment (SAP MUS/ CBS/ OCR)
Requirements Education & Experience Requirements 1.At least a Bachelor Degree in Finance & Accounting/ Economics/ 2.Foreign Trade/ Business or similar area 3.Business Competence Requirements 4.Good Business Understanding 5.Good negotiation/communicating skills
Languages: 1.Korean: Fluent speaking and excellent listening & writing 2.English: Good at speaking, listening & writing.
Human Competence Requirements 1.Excellent teamwork and cooperation spirit 2.Able to identify, analyze and solve problems independently 3.Able to work independently 4.Proactive learning attitude and positive towards routine & stressful work
