Scope International (China)Co., Ltd was established in 2007 is part of Standard Chartered Group SharedServices Centers (GSSCs) organization and a wholly owned subsidiary of StandardChartered Bank (HK) Co., Ltd. Modeled after Chennai,India and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia,Scope Chinais the third GSSC of Standard Chartered Group providing robust back-end bankingoperations and data processing outsourcing services. Riding on the successfulexperience and best practices from Indiaand Malaysia, Scope Chinahas acquired right level of talent and resources in support of SCB China’sbusiness growth ambition. Scope Chinawill continue to expand to reach the scale to support internationaltransactions processing beyond China.Scope China is locatedin the Service Outsourcing Industrial Parkat Tianjin TEDA and currently housing 600 staffs.

FMSD 团队介绍：

Financial Market Solutions Delivery (FMSD) is a global unit thatbuilds implements and supports IT solutions to enable the Financial Marketsbusiness of Standard Chartered Bank. The Financial Markets business, part ofthe Wholesale Bank, delivers a broad range of high – value – added financialmarket products to corporate, institutional and investor clients around theworld, with a particular emphasis on our key footprint across Asia, Africa andthe Middle East, supported by trading rooms inthe world’s financial centres.

The FMSD teamof over 600 people is based across Singapore, London,Chennai, Dubai, New Yorkand Hong Kong.
From 2010, we are developing an FMSD team in Tianjin, China. It isa strategic move to build FMSD capability in Tianjin within next 5 years with belowvision:

• To     be a world class system development centre for Financial Market
• Capabilities     to support Asian language requirements and high growth technologies
• International     career for the brightest IT talent in China
