Responsibilities:Applyfundamental project management skills to provide support and services tomanufacturing, laboratory and other facilities, including examining projectscope, equipment specifications, etc.;Communicatewith suppliers, plant and engineering personnel, as well as the medium to lowerlevel management regarding project status, timelines and cost;Managefinancial aspects of assigned projects on a lower level including estimatingexpenditures, purchasing materials and/or services, monitoring and trackingcost, and payment, under regular instructions and helps;Relativelyindependently utilize engineering, analytical and mathematical skills for thedesign and specification of equipment and facilities;Perform anyother duties as assigned by the supervisor. BasicQualifications:Master'sdegree or above with major in mechanical, engineering science or other relateddisciplines;Basicknowledge of equipment/process/facilities design, equipment fabrication,installation and commissioning;Basicanalytical and short-term planning skills;Fluent Englishcommunication skill both in written and oral;Good PCskills,familiar with AutoCAD, ProE, etc..
